Congrats on the duplex. Wondering if your managing it yourself or not. Im tempted by the affordability of out of area rentals myself. These Santa Cruz properties are getting too pricey.

I'll keep my eye out for a multi unit. I do know of a duplex coming up in a nice area.. near south branciforte somewhere. I think theyre fixing it up now though and will probably want 800k or so. Just heard about it from a friend.

Im guessing that lot isnt very desirable due to your raffle idea..but try the neighboring owners first..they might need or want more room
