@Christopher Freeman I just moved my daughter into her apartment for college and Internet is provided. There is a router in her apartment, but it is on the resident to provide a WiFi router if that’s what they desire. I say all that to tell you I also feel you’ve gone above and beyond to please this tenant.

Hi everyone, my name is Brian Flannery.  Why am I getting into real estate?  I have a few friends that own multiple properties and they have tried to convince me for years, but I was always too scared to jump in.  Earlier this year, my brother turned me on to the BiggerPockets Podcast after we had a discussion about real estate.  I would listen to multiple episodes as I drove from central Missouri to San Antonio, TX every other weekend.  I'm in the military and just recently moved to Killeen, TX (Fort Hood).  One of my friends living here was  the very first to discuss real estate with me, and now being in the same city, I'm going to take advantage of having someone local that can help walk me through everything.

My goal by the end of the year is to just own one duplex in the area, just to get my feet wet.  But in the next few years I plan on purchasing properties throughout Texas and potentially in other states.  

I'm here to learn, read, listen, and grow.
