My daughter lives in Michigan northeast of Detroit (Roseville). She owns 3 rental properties in the local area. She plans to acquire more over the next few years.
Because of her profession and as part of her asset protection plan, she is looking to put the rentals into LLC(s) and create a degree of anonymity. If there is anyone out there with this expertise or a recommendation, I would appreciate it. I will forward all information to her.
This needs to be sooner rather than later, as she wants to wrap this up by 6/30.
Thank you in advance.

My daughter lives in the Detroit area (Mt. Clemens) and started investing in SFH rental properties last year. She is looking for a CPA with real estate experience in her area. She has one rental unit now and is closing on another in a month.
Thank you. Any recommendations would be highly appreciated.
Bryan,
Thank you. She has already set up an appointment with someone in her area, but I have forwarded your information to her.

Post: Brandon Turner Lease Addenda?

Thanks for the reply. I looked under the Landlord Forms. Very useful, but they are just general leases. I was thinking of a list of addenda to address specific tenant issues not in a general leas, i.e. $ for changing a light bulb (seriously I had this issue), $ for setting off a false alarm, taking the battery out of smoke or CO2 detector, etc. I can make my own list, but I was looking for things I might forget.
And I will try BP support also.

In the BP podcasts, Brandon Turner mentions that he has addenda to his leases. I searched but can't find those in the forums. Does anyone know where to find them?
Thanks.

Ashley.
My name is Brian and I am a real estate investor in California. I just re-listened to your podcast. I am impressed with all you have done.
My youngest daughter moved to the Detroit area about a year ago for a job opportunity. She bought a 3/1 in Clinton Township. Now she has her second house under contract and will close at the beginning of August. It is also in Clinton Township.
She is looking to rent out her first house and is ready to start looking for a property manager. Is it ok if she contacts you to manage her property (she is too busy to self-manage at this point) or gets referrals to other property managers?
Thanks in advance for any help.
