We are looking for investors for a new program we have put together down here in Kansas City Missouri and in Florida.  A Fully Transparent Property Investment! You the investor will get all houses at our cost without any additional funds added on, and we do the rehab at our cost and you are not charged anything extra. We have property management all set up for you also. During the rehab process we will be doing live videos of the work and doing updates every week. This is a turn-key program that is working for cash investors and they love it because it saves them a lot of time and headache.  As a cash investor you have to be able to fund the deal yourself in cash, credit lines, etc... But you are getting a steal of a deal! This is currently working for investors now in many states. As the investor you remain in control the whole time.
