We are looking for cash investors for a new program we have put together down here in Kansas City Missouri. You the investor will get all houses at our cost without any additional funds added on top, and we do the rehab at cost and you are not charged anything extra. We have property management all set up for you also. During the rehab process we will be doing live videos of the work and doing updates every week. This is a turn-key program that is working for cash investors and they love it. As a cash investor you have to be able to fund the deal yourself in cash, credit lines, etc... But you are getting a steal of a deal! This is currently working for investors now in many states. 

Also for any bird dogs that have investment groups that buy houses, or individuals there will be a nice fee paid per house that is sold.

We have a solid team with over 60 years in the fix and flip industry and new construction. We are highly experienced and have waiting investors and other exit strategies. We are wanting to do at least 2-3 houses a month to show you what we can do and then go from there. Please let me know if you are a direct financier or know someone. We are looking for the buy money and rehab money included. We are in Kansas City MO

Hello friends we have single and packages of houses for sale.  Great cash flow and great equity. We also have duplexes for sale as a complete package that are next to Cerner Corp. The duplexes alone have almost $200,000 in equity. We have properties in Kansas City Mo area, St Louis area, and all throughout Texas. All great cash flowers with great equity! Ps...We just bought another 25 houses and are starting the rehabs, and these are in addition to all of the other properties.
