We are looking for cash investors for a new program we have put together down here in Kansas City Missouri. We have access to hundreds of houses, and multi-plexes. You the investor will get all houses at our cost without any additional cost added on top, and we do the rehab at our cost and you are not charged anything extra. We have property management all set up for you also. During the rehab process we will be doing live videos of the work and doing updates every week. This is a turn-key program that is working for cash investors and they love it. As a cash investor you have to be able to fund the deal yourself in cash, credit lines, etc... But you are getting a steal of a deal! This is currently working for investors now in many states. As the investor you remain in control the whole time. We have a Power Point I can send over to you so you can look at it. Leave me an email and I will shoot it over.

Also for any other investment groups or individuals that you might have we can work out a nice fee per house? I would love to explain the program in detail with you on the phone if you have time and are interested?
