Hello I am new to investing and I come across a lot of homes FSBO and they are selling the house plus the land next to it that they purchased as well another 4.5 acres or more. How do I put in a offer on that? Do I price them separately ? Should I not mess with it being that I'm new? TIA

@Chris De Castro thank you. My concern though is once I get out there where do I find the contracts that's needed. If I don't buy a course that provide them do I just go to an attorney and have them draw them up for me for a fee?

@Chris De Castro I'm curious to know what you think or thought about the flip2freedom course? Have you done any deals since completing or starting the program? I have been studying and learning on youtube myself as well but still having a hard time just getting out there and taking the jump. Any advice that can help? Thanks

@Kenneth McKeown thank you for your advice. I have been reading and watching you tube videos for months now. I am at the point where I am just ready to get out there and do it. I know there is so many things that I can not and will not actually know until I just get over my fear and do it hands on.

Hello, My name is Bridgette,
I live in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area anyone from the area? We are newbies to real estate investing and have been reading, searching, going to meetings to find out more about real estate. Any advice for us to get out and getting started? FEAR is what is holding us back. Any investors that can input near us?
