Hey @David Vander Pol, 

I've been encouraged by my real estate agent and a property manager to look into Meridianville, Hazel Green, and New Market for rentals! Inventory for rentals is very low and nothing stays vacant long. 

I actually grew up in Hazel Green and it has grown SO much in the last five years (addition of Walmart, dozen restaurants, etc). Its a 25-35 minute drive into Huntsville. Good schools. 

Great schools in Meridianville and new market as well so it appeals to families and is under 20 minutes to Huntsville.
