Thanks a lot.

I am about to be a new Agent and I'm looking for suggestions on a great company to hang my license with in the south Houston to Bay Area region. All comments or suggestions are highly appreciated whether your a agent, broker, or investor that has dealt with a company. Thanks in advance.

I'm new as way but I know you guys can do a joint venture contract together and split it 50/50.

Start marketing. Bandit signs, Craigslist, direct mail(YouTube is your best friend) also just start getting on the phone calling sellers so you get a feel for it. I'm just starting out as well n this strategy got me very comfortable with calling and talking to sellers..(YouTube questions to ask motivated sellers)

In wholesaling what are the best ways to find deals? Right now I've been driving for dollars, zillow, and craigslist. Haven't been able to get much traffic for good deals. Most are either already under contract by another wholesaler or the seller wants too much. If anyone out there has any advice for me please share.
