Been running across a lot if deals particularly with empty lots in an up and coming area. I recently bought some from auction. I've built on one but I want to wholesale a couple of them. I know how to market for SFH or Multi-family, but not an empty lot. How would I market for an empty lot for it to make sense to an investor, especially one that's looking into building?

Thank you gentleman, I appreciate the feedback! Learning a lot here. I will definitely start to ask more questions regarding empty lots and new developments.

The taps need to be made @Matthew Paul but since this is my first time dealing with a property with no structure, what questions would I ask at the forefront for future references?

@Jon Klaus It's my first land wholesale so I was unaware that I could. But it's under contract for 200K, the land itself is worth 280K.

Hello BP family,
I'm trying to market a wholesale deal for a 15,000 sq ft lot in Houston. It's getting pretty difficult because with as much potential that's in this lot and the area it's in, the seller is reluctant to provide a survey of the lot to market it. I have comps for the property but that's all I have to work with it. I don't want to give up so easily but I also don't want to build a reputation as a crappy wholesaler by providing inadequate information regarding a potential investment property for someone. Should I just let him know I won't be able to market the properly without it or should I continue to market with what I have? HELP!

@Ryan Marsten thank you sir, yeah, I'd like to see what you put together. I have a survey for one of the properties but I'm still working on getting a survey for the other.
