@Jason Marcordes I am looking for single family and multi family (2-4 flats) properties focusing on areas around Rush Hospital and University of Chicago (Hyde Park/Jackson Park), 5-10 mile radius of each area.

Hello BP Community - I am a novice out of state investor looking to begin my journey in Chicago. I am looking for a local reputable property manager/management company in the Chicago area who could work with me in overseeing renovation work, tenant screening and management, and other responsibilities necessary to manage a rental property. Any referrals or recommendations would be appreciated. I use this app called Rentometer Express. It allows you to get an understanding of the rents around a particular address based on the number of bedrooms in the property.
