@Timothy Winfield i agree, hearing all these thoughta has me thinking it isnt a huge money ROI but a lack of headache ROI because of turnover and maintenance

@Anita Moore-Bohannon want to be hands on.... Get two properties over one and make more money! Want a more passive investment...get the turnkey. I personally would get the turnkey to just have less of a headache with maintenance and turnover.

@Adam Fiore love the thought and similar to others in this thread about, you may not make as much in terms of money... But maintenance and turnover may be less...which is better in the long run possibly. Thanks for the adviceπŸ‘
