Update: thank you for the responses@Chris Seveney@Nathan Gesner . I found out the school districts can check if they're on Megan's law with an id or drivers license. I'm asking them for the fathers id now to check. The daughter is qualified on her own, but since the dad is going to also be living there and the other tenants has 2 daughters just want to be safe.

Hi there everyone, I have a question for a situation I'm currently in. I have what looks to be a great tenant, however she listed her father as someone who will also be living in the unit and he is not a legal us citizen. Can I still run a background check for him? Any tips or tricks is always appreciated, thank you
