Hello Everyone,

I'm a first time investor looking to invest in a multi-family properties in Arizona. I currently live in California and am looking at opportunities to move to Arizona. My plan is to house-hack with an FHA Loan. I would live in one unit and rent out the other units. What markets in Arizona (Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tucson/Etc) would your recommend are best for multi family homes (2-4 units) in the $300-500K range? Thank you in advance for your advice.
