Hello everyone!

After watching countless podcasts and reading books by BiggerPockets, I feel like I am ready to start investing into real estate. I'm in my early 20's and I am currently living in Los Angeles.

I am mainly looking for properties to "buy and hold" but I am unfamiliar with the markets in southern California. I am currently analyzing properties in Riverside, La Puente, and Morreno Valley. If anyone has additional information or is currently investing in these areas, I would love to learn more about your experience!

In addition, I've also noticed some deals on the BiggerPockets Marketplace. I am very interested in the idea of out of state investing so if there is an individual that comes to mind, please refer me to them! I am open to turnkey companies and would also love to get to talk to wholesalers.

Thank youand I am excited to learn from everyone!

Hello everyone,

I currently have a full time job and I am living in Southern California. Every since I was a kid, I've always wanted to invest in real estate but I have never took the first steps. After reading "The Book on Rental Property Investing" by BiggerPockets, I feel like I am finally ready to start looking into my first rental property.

As of now, I am currently looking into areas where I can afford in southern California and so far, I am interesting in areas in Morreno Valley and Riverside. Please feel free to contact me if you may have some information regarding these areas.

In addition, I am also interested in branching out and investing in out of state areas. I was browsing through the BiggerPockets Marketplace and noticed some great deals that were out there. Please feel free to refer me to anyone that can possibly help me in investing at homes that are out of California.

Thank you for your time and have a wonderful Christmas! Please leave me a comment if there is any questions (:
