Harmonate is relocating their HQ to Austin, Texas. Marking the 15th headquarter transplant announcement to the Austin area in 2021 alone.
The article mentions that the company intends to make hiring announcements in coming weeks.
Worth noting, the full effect these relocations has likely not been realized as many of these companies and employees have not even arrived in the city yet.

Housing inventory levels remain low for the city of Austin and the surrounding area.
Median sales price for the Austin - Round Rock MSA is now $395,000
Median sales price for the City of Austin is now $491,000
