I know zillow or realtor.com will tell you. Also you should be able to tell on the city assessor website.

@Daniel Dietzright right now all of our funds are tied up in another property. We are currently seeking out to refi that one soon. That is the reason I'm trying to find some creative financing.

@Mark A. Kenny I've only called a hand full of ppl. The last guy pretty much told me I was wasting time, And doesnt know who would think selling with financing is a good idea.

I've been trying it today, only calling landlords trying to sell by owner. It's not going well!

Has anybody had success cold calling for sale by owners for owner financing?

Well 2 of them didnt have pipes, so I knew it needed replumbed. But yes assume the worse and hope for the best!

I feel like it's normal not to have utilities on. I would say about half of the houses I have bought they were off!

I one have never heard of asking a bank to turn on power or water, it's a huge liability.
