@Isaac West I'd do a cash out refi so you can pay back the cards, you'll also get a lower rate with smaller payments.

@Isaac West we do it. Of course we get 0% offers, and pay them off before the promotion ends.

I've always wandered this as well. I just saw a property that had one big house with a small 10 unit building with it. I understand you wouldn't qualify for a good low Interest rate loan. You could still live for free and cash flow as well.

@Ronald Starusnak do you have to evict them? Just tell them you have to raise rents, see what happens. What is the market rate your needing.

unfortunately I missed out on the opportunity to go. I ended up working late that day.

If I had more of a notice I would of took the day off. But I didnt get the email till 3 days before the event.

They sent out a email with a recap of the conference. A video would be alot nice though l.

@Shaked Persi

Both are rougher areas. I personally would ho with the Arlington one first. I've never seen any thing in tuxedo park area I like.

That's just me. Tuxedo park may appreciate in the future from the growth downtown, but if that happens it prob wont be anytime soon.

For those who missed this meeting last night, you missed out on a great opportunity for networking and meeting some really great people.

I would like to thank @Brandon Wells for taking charge and getting the ball rolling. We are going to get this to be a every month thing!

@Edward Wodziak

We just did our first rental increase on a sec 8 house, I'm in Indiana. Here all we had to do is turn in the right paper work 60 days before the lease was up. Easy as that.
