@Arjun Swamy and @Zach O'Neal I recommend Podio to anyone who wants to have the ability to modify the functionality. I use Podio and have made it so I can send direct mail directly from the CRM as well as send SMS and calls. It's nice to track all communications in one place. I have a tutorial I can send you that shows how to set it up if you want. Message me if you want me to send that over.

@Amanda Maldonado I looked up kvCORE and it seems their integrations are in beta right now. Message me if you want the tutorial I made for podio and you can easily substitute in your own CRM.

@Amanda Maldonado depending on what you use for your CRM (hopefully you have one), I would use Lob.com because it can be tied into your CRM. It helps to be tracking everything in the same place. I have a tutorial on how to send mailers from Podio automatically. Message me if you want that.

@Anthony Simboli I use Quickbooks online (on my Mac) and would recommend it all day long.
In addition to financial management, you should be using a lead management software. I use Podio so I have the power to integrate with many other platforms for things like sending direct mail or text message from the CRM. Message me if you want more guidance.

@Luke McCann I integrated my CRM (Podio) with Lob.com for mail and CallRail for cold calling. This way it tracks everything. What are you currently using for a CRM?
I put a tutorial together showing how to integrate Lob.com to Podio. Shoot me a message and I can get it to you.

@Riley Bakos if you’re serious about wholesale, your CRM is going to be more important than your website. Ideally you’d have both and they would communicate data between themselves.

@Alex Mikhals what you are requesting doesn’t exist (especially not for that price). I’m building something that will handle that plus physical mail out of the box because the rest of the options out there leave a lot to be desired.
For that kind of customized system you should hire someone to build out a custom Podio system for now (that’s what I’m using in the meantime as well)
