@Brandon McLean the internal revenue code has great ways to help business owners save significantly on taxes. Especially for those who are willing to think outside the box and use the loopholes that they are granted. You are thinking in the right direction but you could complicate things a bit. @Chase Cline it can get confusing with banks accounts, etc. it will make accounting easier but most times I see investors grouping properties under LLC’s. I have grouped several of my own properties under different LLC’s based on location. It just all depends. Don’t get crazy with it.
