Good Stuff Here!  Was wondering if anyone has had any experience growing Property Management from the BP Website and Forums?  I have a small Investment company with Sales, PM, and Construction.  Most of my current Property Management Contracts have come from Investors looking to do more investing.  Thanks

@Santosh Bhor  Not currently.  We just finished renovations.  Its a pretty easy house to rent though.  I could have someone in there quickly

First ad posted as a bigger pockets Pro Member!  I have a great investment opportunity.  2 Single Family 2 bed 1 bath homes side by side.  Properties rent at 800 a piece.  1 is completely renovated, other one is partially renovated.

1 property just listed, the other is about to be listed.  I am a minority partner, and the deal is a fire sale since the partners are disbanding and liquidating assets.  I have a property management company to take care of them, so you can consider this a turnkey opportunity.

@Jonathan C.  I can get you what you are looking for, but only sometimes.  I do a lot of stuff in Front Royal.  I don't often get to 1% anymore, but sometimes.  If you are looking for something with Cashflow, and some decent upside its a good place.  Its stable and growing.  PM me if you want some details.  Got two single families being sold together right now that are 80k each and rent for 800 a month.

Thats interesting.  I have thought about doing that with one of my rentals that isn't performing well.  I won't be able to make the meeting, but I would be interested in connecting with them.  I'm just down the road.

Agree with Dave Bond I don't buy unless it cash flows. That being said I understand the value of owning the home you live in. I just wouldn't put it in the asset catagory. If your fine paying that mortgage no matter what happens for the next 10 years go for it. Real estate is really a time game. Some investments are higher risk, and higher potential rewards. I would put The whole state of CA in that catagory.

Jd Martin I agree that this probably isn't the best place for sympathy. Methinks there is a lot more to this story.

I just started using buildium, but I'm managing a lot more properties. Sounds like it's meant for me. So far so good. I am happy with it. It does cost 150 bucks a month
