I do not at this time and the owner is out of the area so it has been difficult to get them to open it up for me to get someone in there. Home is on contract still. I see that you are local to there....should be accessible to view inside from the outside. The owner has made the picture situation difficult for us.

Green Flex. Impressive build quality in these units, check out the attached PDF and Pics. Small 40x10 units about half are 1 bed and other are 2 bed and a 1/2 bath, kitchen and "living room" area. Need to make 30-100 units get sold off and shipped out! They are currently in North Dakota, These units were used for VIP's visiting the oil fields.

Most units have never been inhabited and all were purchased new in 2013. Current NADA value on them is 59,900. I am able to wholesale these units at 70% of their NADA value at 42,000. I have been trying to figure out where to try and market a mass quantity of these units to in hopes of essentially wholesaling these nearly brand new units. I am thinking that I will call agriculture fields, possibly movie sets, school districts looking for meeting rooms or "lounges" for staff or colleges looking for cheap student housing possibility, but these would all be 1 or a few units. 

Need to find a way to make 30+ at a time go. If anyone has any advise, tips, ideas or possibly an interest in these units please let me know. If Purchasing more than 30 they can be let go for 39,000 which is only 65% of the current NADA value. If purchase all 100+ I sure we can get some more taken off but I would have to recontact owner on working a new price for one bulk sale.

Again, any help, advise, leads or if I am just crazy thinking I can pull this off please feel free to let me know!

So, I have been trolling and looking and researching on BP for over a year now. I have in the last 6 months taken action making calls, getting a website built up, putting out bandit signs and doing direct mail campaigns that I struggle to keep on track with. Still working on an out of state wholesale that I have not given up on and working other leads including a SS in Riverside CA. Today however, I got faced with an incredible opportunity but do not know if there is a way I can successfully capitalize on it.
