Need to close quickly. 

lookimg forward to finally attending the IEREIC at the Mission Inn on Wednesday. Looking forward to gaining insight, knowledge and networking as well as potentially find some investors who invest out of state that may be interested in my current contracts. 

@Alex Franks I will be contacting you soon to take you up on that help analyzing deals in SC. I have gotten another SC lead and I am really starting to feel like with the # of leads in SC I am getting I really need to learn more about the SC market so that I can put quality wholesale offers out there.

I definitely appreciate the feed back! The deal might not be perfect for everyone, but someone may think it is a good opportunity to get in the game with a low initial investment cost. What areas are you currently investing in? I currently have several SC properties. I always value the input of other investors.
