Sure Ray, im interested.

I currently have a property with a quad&tri on it.  Ive put a lot into over the first 18 months but its going pretty well now.  I plan on finding another here very soon.

Bought the unit for 150k (asking was 175)
current rent roles total 2865/month
utilities/trash/water run 400/month
mgmt in place is at 500/month
It consists of 6 1/1 apts and one 2/1 apt. One apt is open currently with a waiting list on it but id like to do light remodel first to maximize rent.. so the goal is to get all 1/1's to 490-500 and the 2/1 is currently at 600/month to hopfully achieve rent totals of 3600/month.

I plan on it, been reading and learning. Should close on my 1st at the end of the month.

I am new and in the Houston/Galveston area too, also about to close on my 1st MFH on the island

Morning all. Just signed up to this site and already like it. Im currently looking to network with other investors and such on multi-family units.
