I currently have a property with a quad&tri on it.  Ive put a lot into over the first 18 months but its going pretty well now.  I plan on finding another here very soon.

Sorry it took so long.. been busy
Bought the unit for 150k (asking was 175)
current rent roles total 2865/month
utilities/trash/water run 400/month
mgmt in place is at 500/month
It consists of 6 1/1 apts and one 2/1 apt. One apt is open currently with a waiting list on it but id like to do light remodel first to maximize rent.. so the goal is to get all 1/1's to 490-500 and the 2/1 is currently at 600/month to hopfully achieve rent totals of 3600/month.

Morning all. Just signed up to this site and already like it. Im currently looking to network with other investors and such on multi-family units. Im interested in all areas of financing with others waniting to sell theirs of partner on others. Currently im about to close on my first property, a 7 plex in Galveston.
