We are in contract on a single family historic home in Columbus and are looking for funding of the purchase price + rehab. We've been in contact with several hard money lenders, but want to see if there are any private lenders out there who are interested. Purchase price is $142k, rehab $125-150k, ARV is $400-425+. Hoping to close within a few weeks.

My husband and I are a renovation/design team, and are looking for a private money lender(s) to fund a flip in Columbus. We're actively looking and are submitting offers. 

A bit about us: we've renovated 4 properties (5 if you count both sides of the duplex) in the past few years, many of which have been featured in national publications like Houzz, Apartment Therapy, House Beautiful, etc.  We flipped one of them (30k profit, highest sold home in the neighborhood), and have held onto the others as vacation rentals.
