Also how would you prevent the agent from getting paid on the A-B side. I thought that happens automatically.

When you say that the A-B side failed. What was the problem?

I may be confused. When a Realtor has a property the lenders want to see the listing for the property so now it's on the MLS.

I'd like to hear what others have to say about this. It seems that Nick J and wheelhouse are doing SS's in my area.

In one area that I live the SS's are getting numerous offers. I mean like 10. If I'm working with a Realtor to send me leads and I'm the ONLY offer for the property, isn't that going to raise eyebrows with the lender? Won't they want to know why there's only one offer?

ATTN: Negotiators

What is recommended to do to prepare for when you meet the BPO agent? Other than comps. Do you guys actually have a contractor give a repair estimate? Anything else? How do you package it and present it?

When I approach a new Realtor I ask them to present my strategy to their broker before I go any further. A lot of the brokers aren't going for it. Are any of you buying from one brokerage firm on the A-B and selling with a different firm on the B-C?

Are you saying 80-85% off BPO. Ok, so at what % below FMV are the BPO's coming in at? That is the most important question.
