I would have to charge roughly double to work in an occupied high end residential house what I would have to charge to work in an investment property. 

Saint Louis, Missouri is a great rental property state. Brick houses in certain areas of the city will appreciate in my opinion.

Hi! I'm getting into working for investors in STL City. I like to target B class houses in STL City. My ideal customer would be an out of state investor who I give detailed reports to and rehab a house properly. I would also work for a local investor. 

What is a good way to contact out of state investors with properties in Saint Louis City through bigger pockets?

I am a contractor looking for work in Saint Louis City, Missouri. I am very familiar with old brick houses. Right now, it is just me and a helper, but I can have a couple more guys if necessary.

I prefer to work in brick houses that are worth $150k-$400k per unit ARV.

Hi! I can do most things you need from a contractor in STL City. I can do most jobs and am familiar with old brick houses, which are very different than framed houses. Let me know if you need work done. I can do larger projects.

 Hi Lesley, let me know if you need work done on your property. I will communicate with a scope of work, prices, options, and my recommendation based on what you want to do with the property. I also do larger jobs and brickwork.

Can anyone name an insurance company who does this type of insurance?
