Hi Everyone. I currently invest in a few properties in different areas of the country. I'm looking into purchasing more mutlifamily units and Evansville has come across my radar. I'm looking to connect with people and agents in the area, as I don't know much about it (I live in California). I understand there's the University there, it's had slow but positive population growth, and a decent unemployment rate. I wondering if local folks familiar with the area and market can steer me in the right direction as far as decent areas and areas of improvement (future growth opps?) My main strategies are increasing cash flow and buy/hold multi-family properties. Being an out of state investor, obviously accumulating properties that need rehab is not ideal. Thanks for your time!
