Post: Golden Eviction Proof Lease in Baltimore, MD

I've read the horror stories of the eviction process taking months to complete. Baltimore has some really friendly tenant laws and I wanted to know if anyone has the "golden" language to solve that issue. Has anyone discovered a way for crafting a lease that's "easy" to evict bad tenants in Baltimore (city)? Not just for delinquent rental payments but perhaps some specific language that says if they are not properly maintaining the property that they can be evicted? Or maybe non-payment of utilities? The goal is to shorten the amount of time that the tenant can spend in the property fighting the process especially if they're not paying and/or treating the property poorly.

Hi Chris,

I know I'm late but can you PM me with a copy of your purchase agreement? I tried to use the link and it is broken.

Thanks!
