Hello Bigger Pockets Family, 

My partner and I have been doing Wholesaling for about 4 months now and we are starting to get discourage. We have invested so much money into our business with getting a mentor and marketing and have not received a deal. We know it typically takes at least 6 months before landing a first deal but I have read many success stories here and other sites that people have landed deals within their first 2/3 months. Is there any advice someone would like to give that will push us into our first deal or maybe help us in telling us what we were doing wrong? We are desperately seeking help!

Hello, As I am still new to real estate I have began trying to find leads for a wholesale deal. I have brought a lead list from listsource.com and I seem to be at a dead in. I have sent letters, cold called, and drove around and still no luck. Is there any other suggestions that someone have that can lead me to a lead? Thanks in advance.

Hello, I am currently brand new to real estate. I have attended a few seminars and meetings that gave me a little more insight of the business. I am trying to take off with this career as soon as possible. I would like to start by wholesaling. Do anyone have any tips that they can give for a beginner with this process or even a book that gives step by steps?
