Hello BP. I am currently seeking to network with private money investors in an effort to secure real estate deals that I am looking into. My investment niche is multifamily and/or bundled package deals from portfolios for cash flow opportunities. My exit strategy is BRRRR. I want to use private money for the down payment (between 10 and 20% of the purchase price), and deposit for the property. Private money investors that partner with me on deals would receive 50% the net income of the properties we work together on. I want to be a benefit to those who work with me and looking to do some business with great and like minded investors. If you have any questions, please feel free to respond to the post and I look forward to working with you.

I wanted to get some more experienced eyes on this deal and see if it is a good deal. It hits the check boxs for me regarding CoC return and net income per door, but again, would like others to let me know if I am missing something by chance. Your input would be appreciated.

@Dan DiFilippo Thanks. I will look forward to discussing more about REI with you. I am open to investing in other areas, like Fayetteville as well as Raleigh, Durham (pretty much around the triangle). I am very interested in doing BRRRRs when developing my REI portfolio, at least a this point.

Hey guys. My name is Carlos Bennerman and I am from Fayetteville, NC but currently reside in Morrisville, NC. I am looking to start my real estate investment journey, in effort to achieve financial freedom. I am a psychotherapist by trade and work with veterans. When I am not working, I am an avid trader with stocks, cryptocurrencies and foreign exchanges, as well as being an active learner of other types of investments. I now want to focus on real estate investing. I look forward to sharing experiences, building relationships and most of all, learning from knowledgeable people on this journey of real estate investing. Any advice for a newbie wanting to build a portfolio of single family and multifamily properties would be greatly appreciated. Again, any insight would be appreciated.
