Just looking for any recommendations for brokers in San Antonio. I have my RE license and looking for a place to sponsor me. I'm looking for broker who is willing to assist w/ no monthly fees. I plan on investing for myself mostly, but I will be a buyer/seller agent.

Check out what programs Michigan has for disable veterans. Texas Veteran Land Board has a program if you have a certain disability percentage your rate is 2.62%. Also, check the city you plan on living. San Antonio has a program strictly for veterans where certain properties are 25% off market value, but you have to live it for 5 years.

I appreciate all the feedback and support already from the BP forums.
I'm currently reading HOLD: How to Find, Buy, and Rent Houses for Wealth by: Jim McKissack, Linda McKissack, Jennice Doty, Steve Chader, Gary Keller.
I will definitely look into getting books recommended in the forums after I get through the investor tool kit provided by BP.
I will be tuning into tonight's webinar House Hacking 101.
