Thank You and Done!

Thank you for your post Nick! I am very interested in this subject, and love to educate myself for whenever an opportunity arises. If you wouldn’t mind sharing how this is coming along, where you able to get a project budget? What size multi family you were planning on? Did the numbers work out for a new build? Any information is appreciated,

Thanks,

Carlos, with the cash you have on hand, it may be very possible for you to acquire the property and finance both the acquisition AND the renovation costs. In most cases, private lenders will finance the acquisition but leave it up to you to finance the reno. We have a loan option that will give you the ability to finance both, and do it with less money. Let me know if you'd like more information on that.

Thank you for the information Grant. I’m in the process of getting numbers for land aquisition and a new triple/duplex build, which from the numbers i’ve been reading on it might be too much for it to make sense, but i’m also looking for existing properties as well so i would love more information on the financing you guys offer for when i find one.

Thank you!

@Anthoney Hanks Thank you for the response Anthony. I got with my Realtor and my lender today and they’re gonna check with a contractor and builder they have worked with to get a ball park estimate on how much it would cost plus the lot and if it makes sense for the area. Goodluck to you as well,

Hey guys, i've recently found a triplex lot for sale in the Saint Cloud, Kissimmee, FL area. I'm thinking this can be a great opportunity for me to house hack, and put my current primary residence (4bdrm/2baths, i can rent for $1,950 based on rentometer) up for rent and start adding to my portfolio.

I'm looking for advice and input to see if a new Triplex/Duplex build would be a recommended strategy. I have about 45K in cash which i want to put to work besides doing private lending which i've done. Does anyone in here have exprience or knowledge in new multi family builds? I appreciate any feedback guys, thanks!
