Hey Guys,
I remember my first time In the Wholesale business was a scary Experience filled with the unknown and fear. I remember seeking help from other Investor or Wholesalers, which they would help but only to a certain extent. There were mentors around but I couldn't afford them at the time. So I took action and forge my path into the Real Estate Market and I've been blessed ever since. But I always wish that someone could of held my hand just a bit to answer certain questions like " How to fill out a contract", "What questions should I ask the sellers", "How do I assign the contract or Double close".
