@Michael Noto would you recommend buildium even if you are only managing 1 property (6 units)? I was under the impression it was better for larger portfolios.

Thanks for that info @Jeff L. - sounds like your experience will serve you well! I live not too far south of Lowell and at this time considering areas to invest for multi family - have looked at Worcester, but would prefer to be a bit closer, so now considering Lowell...
