Thought I would share. I agree that Huntsville is a great place to live and I will add a great place to invest. 

Just read this and thought I would share. 

Record sales, high demand, soaring home prices, low rates; the real estate market hasn't been this hot since before the crash of 2008. The nostalgia has consumers and professionals wondering if another bust is on the horizon. According to experts, all signs point to no. A recent Bankrate report lists low inventory, builder's inability to keep up with demand, an influx of new buyers, strict lending standards, low rates, and muted foreclosure activity as the six reasons why they believe no crash is on the horizon.

I wanted to share this great information with those that have questions or are interested in the Huntsville, AL market. According to the article the Huntsville market is still outperforming pre-pandemic levels.

I have not evaluated ALL OF NORTH ALABAMA...but right now TODAY in Madison County there is a total of 469 properties available in MLS! 277 of those properties are above $350K! My opinion....to get a successful real eatate invest property you have to look outside the box!

US Space Command headquarters is heading to Huntsville.  Huntsville has the skilled workforce, close to supporting space entities, and it is a cost effective place for companies and citizens alike.

It is a great time to invest in the Huntsville area market. We continue to see strong economic growth in the area. Many new businesses continue to relocate to the area. 

Redstone Arsenal is one of six candidates to become the permanent headquarters of U.S. Space Command. The continued growth in Huntsville makes this area great for investors.
