Thankyou everyone for helping me to understand the concept of "wholesaling".i am still learning to navigate this site and didnt know i could actually search the diffeerent topics in prior forums.

I differ in my opinion. I would prefer St Croix over St Thomas. After The Hess refinery Hovensa closed many left St Croix. The refinery has been purchased now and that economic resource is coming back to the island in a big way. So if you are going to invest in ST CROIX now is the time to do it as prices will rise..Tourism is there and will increase. My husband was born there and has family still there. We went there in July 2015.

Sounds Scary. Sometimes it works out. Other times it does not. You are still working a flull time day job..Is your family life situated enough to acommodate the demand required of your time off?

I have been involved in many aspects of renovation or construction including spending a July week in Florida on top of a roof.  I have done demo work,  flooring installations, tiling, drywall finish, using miter and table saw to cut and install baeboards and window sills and building picture frames with scraps, .I built a bar cabinet, an island cabinet around a center island stove, I have ran packer machines that compact the dirt in a foundation before the concrete is poured.Of course painting and sanding and varnishing...replacing electrical plugs and receptacles, hanging light fixturees, replaced plumbing pvc, used all sorts of power tools and saws and LIKED IT!...and more sweat equity. There are probably more women involved in doing these things than there are women talking about it.  I started before internet.

Some investors with ads that state they are interested in helping people get to the next lever are self serving ads. BP was built on training new people in the process, not insulting people in forums. I started with nothing, You can ask me anything. If I have an answer I will happily give it to you. 

That is what this website is for, people learning, you are allowed  and encouraged to ask questions and search the forums!

Are we suppose to ask questions and give answers  to and from RE  professionals and investors with more experience who want to  pay it forward. Some investors who think they are better than anyone else would rather spend their day poking insults instead of educating.  I don't think BP began for this purpose. These investor ads proclaiming they want to help people become a success is self serving. I had nothing handed to me and wasn't born with a silver spoon in my mouth. I, we  have done it all with integrity and hard work and  will continue to do so.
