Hi Connecticut BP members, I am happy to announce we will be hosting our 1st New Haven Real Estate Investors Meetup in downtown New Haven at the start of the new year! Our format will be very similar to the great meetup in Fairfield, CT hosted by @Jonathan Makovsky  Everyone is welcome from CT and the greater New Haven area!

Breakdown

7pm - 730pm: Arrival, open networking

730pm - 745pm: Introduce yourself

745pm - 8pm: Deals & Steals - Are you looking for something in particular? Let it be known to the group. Have a deal you are looking to sell? Let it be known to the group.

8pm - 9pm: Open networking

Due to Anna Liffey's providing the event space for our group at no charge, I'd like to ask each person who attends to please order at least (1) drink item during the meetup. Bring lots of business cards!
