745pm - 8pm: Deals & Steals - Are you looking for something in particular? Let it be known to the group. Have a deal you are looking to sell? Let it be known to the group.

8pm - 9pm: Open networking

Due to Cask Republic providing the event space free of charge, I'd like to ask each person who attends to please order at least (1) food or drink item during the meetup. Bring lots of business cards and share with colleagues.

How does note buying work exactly? Are non-performing notes just a 1st lien on the property in the event of a default on mortgage?
