Post: Using Equity to Reinvest

Had a few thoughts about using equity to reinvest.
1) Is it a good idea to reinvest equity from one property to purchase another? Generally I see this as getting your money (equity) to work harder.
2) Is there a limit as to how many times I can pull out equity of a property to reinvest?
Thanks

Would also like to hear what beginners (like me) did wrong and how they changed accordingly.

I would like to see a "Dealmaking Failure Stories" to counter the "Dealmaking Success Stories" in the BP forums.
We all know that you can't achieve success by being a perfectionist and without failing. Would love to hear from some of our succsessful members on what they learned.

Hey!
I have made an offer on what will be my first property, an owner occupied duplex. Of course along with principal and interest comes PMI (along with many other monthly expenses).
Say I acquire at least one 2-4 unit property a year.
QUESTION: At what point do I not have to get pmi when buying investments?
Thanks in advance.

Great question, I have always wondered the same thing. I don't think they are necessarily aiming for a specific temperature, but rather buying into propaganda from special interests.
Global warming started to get backing from "environmentalists" when the propaganda for it began. We all know that in the end more taxes will be forced on us in order to "be green" or whatever.

Its refreshing to see a newly developed entertainment district North of the River in KC. This has created a nice market for new homes and other opportunity. It is what the North has been needing for quite a while. Most new development has been going South beyond Olathe/Lenexa/Overland Park.
