Hello guys,

I am looking to go into the Housont market but wanted some feedback from you guys. How is inventory on off market deals ? How about deaels on the market ?

What works best for you to find deals ?

-Cold calling

-Ads

-Mailers

Hello Guys,

Theres some capital that I can park in real estate and want to see what veterans would do if you had $250-$350k to park in real estate do ?

Would you look for

-Multi units?

-Self storage units ?

What cities would you look into buying ? I am open to options, I am in Phoenix, AZ but there is nothing here.

I have taken a look at a few cities and have found some units for about $40k per door but city only has about 80k population

Do you make sure population is above certain number? What else do you look before investing into cashflowing units?

Or would you use that money up in a different way?

Hello guys,

I have a question so I was after a property for a while now, I was sending mailers and got a call back but within 1 week someone purchased the property on a "trustee" ? I am confused they also purchased it for about 30-32 cents to the dollar. The property never showed it was going to be auction off. Is there something I am missing ?

I have seen multiple of these sales, these homes are not auctioned off or anything. and being purchased way below market value. Does anyone know about this ?

I have attached image so you can see the transaction history and deed type.

If looking for retail clients, sellers especially, a line about "find out how much your house is worth for free from a real estate professional, zillow does not give you the whole story"

Thank you very much for your reply brother, yes your completely right. People want to put a face to it.

What do you mean by " zillow does not give you the whole story"
