For many years, I work for law firms where they sue landlords and win without a fight, and the landlords don't know how to protect themselves from the big bad wolf, and I might have a change of heart and teach landlords how to beat the system and win each time from lawsuits. I wonder how many investors will sign up.

My contacts with the assessor's office here in Dallas, they fax me all the tax liens for sale and the ones that they have not listed yet so I will be the first one to look at them and see if I want them. You can make money and lose money.
