@Account Closed :  We are starting out wholesaling - possibly doing some rehabbing after that. My husband is a building contractor (in NY), so that will be very helpful for rehabbing. We would like to eventually move out that way. It's much more like what were used to because we come from upstate NY. We have friends in Flat Rock.
