Hey Jeff! I've been looking into NCREIA and I believe that would be a great way to get my foot in the door with some investors. As far as wholesaling, I've found a couple people who wholesale and I've been keeping tabs with them and asking them questions. I've also reached out to LOADS of closing attorney's about wholesaling and I've only found a few that work with wholesalers haha. I would love to connect!

Hey Jack! I did my pre-licensing classes online through TravTALKS, he is an extraordinary teacher and NC native in the Triangle area. They offer day and night classes during the week and on weekends. They structure the class very well and offer lots of tools that help in learning the class material. If you don't mind, I'm also relatively new to the investing side of real estate, and I've been thinking about acquiring my first rental property. What advice would you give a 21-year-old looking to start investing in real estate?
