@Stephanie P. Thanks Steph for your input. It would be in Orlando or Kissimmee Florida. ;-)

Is 400k multifamily 4plex home in Florida with FHA first time home buyer a good starting point ? I'm being told that's what I can afford and what I'm able to get and each unit has to rent for 1500 for me to make a good profit. What do you guys think about this ? I'm being told this by the loan officer. I feel like 400k is high but I definitely could be wrong, just want people's thoughts. I do want a multi family home in florida.

@Joe Splitrock This is awesome! I think I'm really considering the BP pro membership. Is Puerto Rico included in leases for all 50 states ? It may not be but just wondering.

@Jaron Walling Thanks Jaron! Really appreciate that. Yes I'm willing to put everything on the line to get started. I have between 5k and 10k saved right now. Also 25k in credit available. But I am going to start networking more. I have been researching for about a year or so now, so now is this time for me to start acting on it. Talking to agents, investors, and anyone who can push me forward and give me more insight. I have seen some distressed properties in a near by state that going for some good low ball prices in good family residential areas. Reading Brandon's book is getting me fired up lol.
