Ive boiled down to wanting to invest in Cleveland OH and/or Kansas City MO. I would love some referrals for PMs in both places. Hopefully they can give me insight into properties in the area and what I can expect from them. Im mainly focusing on Cash Flow but I also am paying attention to the neighborhood and overall market trend.

Hey Everyone, first post and was looking for some guidance on how I should go about getting into my first rental, more specifically out of state. Im originally from MA, (Right outside boston) hence the desire to buy OOS. I've been looking at Multifamilies in Cleaveland around the $80,000 range and have been looking at competing rents in the area and I see lots of potential. If anyone can give me advice I would be super grateful. Perhaps some referrals for realtor, PM, and such.
