@AK Fowler The Berks Meetups are awesome!  So may knowledgeable (and nice) people there.  I hope to see you at the next one!

You should sign-up and RSVP if you plan to attend. In the summer the networking meetings are at a local bar/restaurant. Most of the others have a max capacity as speakers present valuable info.  Hope to see you there!

Slatehouse Group.  Have not used them personally but have head positive reviews from others and have spoken with Chad and Nate a few times.  I would strongly consider them if the need arises.  Talk to @Nate Jones

Welcome @Trivic Goran. There is a Berks County Real Estate Investing Meetup group that meets every month.  It's free and the people in the group are great.  I recommend you join the group.  You will learn a lot.
