@Jessica Zolotorofe Hi Jessica, I was wondering if you could give me a rough estimate, based on your experience of how long it usually takes to actually start the build for the tower. Wondering time from start to finish, when I start collecting rent.

I am in the process of having a tower built on some land I own. I did not contact cell carriers or tower companies directly. I have someone that I'm working with who does this on my behalf. I have a signed lease agreement and in the process of building. I have heard that this is the best route to go, providers will not give you as much as what leases are worth when going to them directly, if you can even get to that point on your own.

Hi highly recommend Steve Latiff. He is local and knows the area VERY VERY well. He is very knowledgeable about the properties in Crystal River, sink holes and any other issue that might come up. He works with ERA Suncoast Realty.

Look for a local attorney on line or call the local Sheriff. They might serve them if you mail the documents to them for a fee.

@Zachery Buffin if you want to message me I can give you more info. I paid the taxes this year because the tower is not constructed yet. Once it is constructed, the tower company pays the taxes for the improvement on the land. I work with a company that negotiates the ground lease and secures the lease and basically takes care of everything.

@Zachery Buffin I have unimproved land in KY and I'm putting a cell tower on it. Good opportunity to make some income until you are ready to build. Takes about a year or more to actually get it up and running.
