In addition to Brian's question above, what will the mail out campaign cost if you dont mind me asking?

@Dev Horn Do you find very many deals on MyHouseDeals.com? Ive noticed that they only list the ARV and Repair cost, they dont include all the additional cost associated with the flip.

I have yet to take action and even though I plan on flipping initially, I would love to hear more about your blog.
