@Jeffrey Douglas 21 Lessons for the 21st Century - Yuval Noah Harari (Also the author of Sapiens, another great book)
Anyway, this book talks about the technological developments that are coming FAST. When they come, what does it do to the way we live? It talks a lot about the growth of AI.
Honestly, the book made me excited for the future and opened my eyes to thoughts and issues that weren’t even on my radar, but should be.

@Alex R. Sherwin Williams ‘sedate gray’ with white trim. The color somehow does a great job of looking different in various lights.

Having a vacant unit is bad, but having a poor tenant is worse. I try to chat people up when they look at a place. Is their story consistent? Is this someone that I would want as my neighbor? Be wary of people that are desperate and have to find a place "right now." There is a reason for that. If you have a good unit, a good tenant will come. Sometimes patience is key.
